ENTITLEMENT TO NHS FLU AND PNEUMOCOCCAL IMMUNISATION
If you will be 65 years or more as at 31st March next year
Note: you only require the Pneumo-Vac once
If you are a Carer
If you are a Poultry Worker
If you have a medical condition defined as being at an increased risk from flu as defined below.
ENTITLEMENT TO NHS SWINE FLU IMMUNISATION
As with seasonal flu but for H1N1 the "at-risk group includes pregnant women and all children aged over 6 months and under 5 years as at 31st March 2010 (i.e up to 4 years 364 days old)
